In this case the order was to convert an old warehouse into a small warehouse; It was only necessary to clean and adapt the space, yes with a very small budget.

The project goes further: Three lateral strips are designed that connect the room with the annexed spaces, resolving accesses, ventilation and an exhibition and cleaning area. In the highest part of the room an altillo is created, a platform from where you can work with the deposits and at the same time add storage space.

The cellar also serves for the promotion and sale of wines, therefore it must be an attractive and pleasant place, for these reasons; The depth of the space with the use of different mortars of lime is emphasized, natural wood is used that gives us warmth; and iron sheets that are adapted and perforated with air and light. The placement of a single bottle as a railing on the platform dictates and stays the premises.

The client was very satisfied with the project when receiving much more than he needed and most importantly respecting the initial budget.
