What data is collected
This website has no contact form and does not collect personal data through its pages: there is no user registration, no subscriptions and no purchases, and no analytics tool is used.
The only data processed is what people choose to provide when they contact the studio by email or by phone: usually their name, contact details and the content of their enquiry. Please do not include any data that is not needed to answer it.
The hosting provider may record technical connection data, such as the IP address, in the server logs for security and maintenance purposes.
Purpose of processing
The data is used to answer the enquiry, request for information or request for a quote, and to manage any professional relationship that follows. It is not used to send unsolicited commercial communications, and no profiling takes place.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the person concerned, given by contacting the studio. Where the contact concerns hiring the studio’s professional services, processing is also based on pre-contractual measures, the performance of the contract and compliance with the applicable legal obligations.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
Data retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to answer the enquiry. Where the contact leads to a professional relationship, it is kept for the duration of that relationship and afterwards for the limitation periods set by the applicable civil, commercial and tax law.
Recipients
No data is disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Nominalia, the provider of the studio’s website hosting and email, has access to it as data processor, solely to provide its service.
International transfers
No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area. If an enquiry is handled from the Encamp office, the communication of data to Andorra is covered by the European Commission’s adequacy decision for that country.
Your rights
Anyone has the right to confirm whether their personal data is being processed and, where applicable, to exercise the following rights:
- Access: find out what data is processed and obtain a copy.
- Rectification: ask for inaccurate or incomplete data to be corrected.
- Erasure: ask for data to be deleted when it is no longer needed.
- Restriction: ask for processing to be suspended in the cases provided for by the GDPR.
- Portability: receive the data in a structured, commonly used format, or ask for it to be transmitted to another controller.
- Objection: object to processing on grounds relating to their particular situation.
Rights are exercised by writing to info@allarquitectura.com or to the postal address above, enclosing a copy of a document proving the requester’s identity. Exercising them is free of charge, and requests are answered within the time limits set by the GDPR.
Anyone who considers that the processing does not comply with the law may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Data security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and disclosure.
