The project turns a modernist summer house into a rural hotel. The interior distribution adapts to the new requirements and incorporates the entire program that entails a public establishment with the highest quality standards, while maintaining the original image of the building.

An extensive program that adapts to the existing building and adds a small enlargement located on the back of the volume. All rooms, including bathrooms, have direct natural lighting and ventilation with the outside; The new distribution avoids the loss of server spaces by making the most of the spaces served.

The hotel has been designed combining in a balanced way a classic style and a modern style; using noble materials such as solid oak wood; hydraulic mosaic and stainless steel. It also contains a large number of items restored and reused, such as the living room tables, the doors of the communal area and the bathrooms of the courtesy bathroom.

The reform has been done with high criteria of efficiency and sustainability; the building incorporates 10 cm insulation around the envelope; enclosures with high technical features are used; as well as shutter blind blinds regulated by a centralized home automation system. A heating system with a diesel boiler and radiators has been replaced by an aerothermal system with radiant ground and fan-coils of direct expansion; a heated and refreshing system. A project worked and developed in detail.
